A seance in a zoom session during lockdown grows more and more mysterious and effectively scary. This succeeds in what Blair Witch Project tried to do and didn’t quite do it. I watched it for the second time today, and I found myself enjoying it more this time around. It's well paced and builds tension really well, with classic supernatural scares that were executed with expertise. My only issue with the production is that some visuals felt cheap at times, but it wasn't hard to look past this, as there is definitely enough to keep you distracted, especially on an initial viewing.
