There were moments, but looking rather chaotic overall. Perhaps the biggest surprise was still coming from the uncredited appearance of Maggie Cheung.

Maggie Cheung's cameo kinda trumps the rest of the movie. And the fact that she has her cameo scene opposite Daniel Wu? Pretty darn awesome. Otherwise, the film is a really cheesy, far too melodramatic film that was really way too slow. The stories barely mesh together - I dare say Hollywood is better at entwining ensemble cast stories - and they don't really show up on the same screen together, so it just feels like a bunch of nicely edited scenes that /make/ them look like they were on-set together. Also, why on Earth is Maggie Cheung credited as "Miss Cheung" on Rotten Tomatoes?! Insult tbh.

Like a popsicle on a hot summer's day, this movie melted my heart in more ways than one. Love is not always as fast and piercing as an arrow. Sometimes, small gestures of adoration slowly erodes at the walls built around our hearts, love seeps in...so deep, we don't even realize we have fallen.

This movie is just a bunch of random small stories, not even all linked together... It has some parts that were romantic but not too funny, therefore more of a romance than a romantic comedy. The movie may make you appreciate things more. But for me, I just wanted entertainment, and it wasn't that funny... so 2 stars is all it gets from me.
