Yasser Medina Cinefilia It takes an hour and forty minutes from my existence with its bland tale of resistance, sacrifices and feminine courage, populated by characters as empty as a cup of coffee at eight in the morning. Audience Member Good movie, well made. Loosely based on the true events of the 1965 revolution in the Dominican Republic. Worth the watch despite some disturbing yet necessary scenes. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member Excellent movie! True and raw Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member Good story, good casting, and good pictures. Nevertheless, it lacks character development. I was personally intrigued by Gloria but I received nothing from her and I cannot blame the actress since we can't connect with any of them. Also, the vocabulary of the movie in my opinion does not adhere to the epoch. It shows a lot yet does not transmit anything. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Read all reviews
