Yves T One big plus here: the movie isn't slick— choppy editing, some rough cinematography, a wide range of acting ability, jerky scene-flow, all make this a very in-your-face viewing experience, which fits the subject perfectly. There's also footage of the actual killer Charles Lake addressing us directly (actual home-made video) in tension with his portrayal by an actor… by constantly showing that it's an artificial construct, the movie ends up grabbing us with the grip of the real. I could barely make it through the first five minutes! SKIP IT. Of course my boyfriend rented it and it was a new release so I got to pay $3 for this crap.
