Audience Member Loved this documentary, really insightfull Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member What starts off with an interesting premise and some surprising revelations spirals into a pseudoscience detoxification tirade. It's shame, because the first half an hour held my attention well. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Eye opening. Cheesy acting but the message behind the movie was excellent! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member This was a great documentary. It started out as a reasonably in depth look at how the food industry has deceived us into eating foods that we were never designed to eat, but goes deeper chemical additives that cause people to become chemically and physically addicted to processed foods that make us sick. Then, it takes a slight turn to the psychological factors involved in making us fat. The panel of doctors, scientists, nutritionists and health writers were very upbeat and inspiring. You'll never look at food the same way, and you will want to change at least one or two mindless eating and lifestyle habits afterwards. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member thought provoking and very watchable Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member This documenary is a good starting point for those who are considering a diet, have ever tried dieting, or are struggling with any kind of health issue.
