I found this a less-than-fulfilling cinematic experience. But I have to give Morgenthaler credit for what we used to call "moxie"-whatever the hell he's doing, or thinks he's doing, he's fully committed to it ... Go to Full Review

A troubling example of what can only be called a fertility thriller. Go to Full Review

Writer-director Anders Morgenthaler's conclusion comes far too hastily and haphazardly, with a disregard for plot details or plausible storytelling. Go to Full Review

Kristina O Feb 19 This movie made me think for a long time because it was so great and awful at the same time. Going through infertility with my husband, I felt the same pain as the main character, and doing what she did was awful because she did, but people that loose hope they are ready to do anything. It has awakening and disturbing scenes -that make it seem like someones dream come true, or just a dream that you see as a nightmare See more 09/04/2020 Very irritating but had to watch what happened in the end...my ending would be that she stopped at the store for baby formula FIRST then hit the friggin' highway outta that town..take Christian with her..she moves to another country..put Christian in rehab and they all live happily ever after..Instant FAM!! See more 09/08/2017 The storyline was pretty good for the most part, but I could have used a little more action and less R rated scenarios. See more 08/21/2016 Strange film. Strange people. Rather experimental film about a woman, a bit insane but rich and in high position, wanting a baby. She tries in different ways and it all fails. Only a miracle could do it and that is what happens. Maybe it is some sort of fairy tale for post-menopausal women. Some events in the film may have happen in real life, and that is sure sad. See more 10/08/2015 Gripping, original, intense, thought-provoking, challenging, suspenseful: if you are willing to enter the dark world of this film on its terms, you will have a powerful and disturbing experience. See more 09/24/2015 Disappointing. A desperate woman wanting a kid she can't have and goes out to "rescue" one. She picks up a puking small person to assist her and the drama develops into more rubbish. Note how she drives while the steering wheel is upside down. There are many other goofs in this film.
