David One of the best movies I've seen in a long time. Sensitive, emotional and gripping, yet quiet, this film captures all that would likely happen in a relationship such as this. Incredibility beautiful writing, this sounds at times like poetry and at others like a documentary. Just outstanding! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/28/21 Full Review Luis Good story however the lighting in general was too dark in my opinion. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 07/22/21 Full Review Timothy H Beautiful story and well acted. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/17/21 Full Review Max Dzul So heartfelt and touching! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/15/21 Full Review Max M Great movie, but the back to the past-and-to the present scenes made it a little confusing at times. Better editing could've made it clearer. Overall, it's a great movie though! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/12/21 Full Review Matthew S Beautiful and very authentic story with believable performances. Emotional but in some very good ways. Was glad to see something a bit different. Excellent! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/11/21 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Phuong Le Guardian A fascinating - though at times uneven - blend of film styles. Rated: 3/5 Sep 14, 2021 Full Review Chandler Levack Globe and Mail This flawed but powerful immigrant love story is worthy of the big screen. Aug 19, 2021 Full Review David Fear Rolling Stone The overall feeling here is ethereal, dreamy, moody, memory-like -- a more user-friendly Terence Malick vibe. It is a gorgeous film, and one that deserves to be seen on a giant screen. Rated: 4/5 Aug 2, 2021 Full Review Ryan McQuade InSession Film As intimate of a movie as you will find this year. Apr 4, 2024 Full Review Carlos Ovalle But Why Tho? A Geek Community I Carry You With Me is a visually striking film that is well-acted and filled to the brim with important messaging and memorable lines that I will never forget. Rated: 9.5/10 Jan 22, 2023 Full Review Dan Bayer Next Best Picture This is the kind of film that makes one’s heart grow three sizes while watching it and considering the amount of Grinch-like behavior in the United States in 2020, it’s difficult to think of something more necessary.
