A year after running over a fisherman and dumping his body in the water, four friends reconvene when Julie (Jennifer Love Hewitt) receives a frightening letter telling her that their crime was seen. While pursuing who he thinks is responsible for the letter, Barry (Ryan Phillippe) is run over by a man with a meat hook. The bloodletting only increases from there, as the killer with the hook continues to stalk Julie, Helen (Sarah Michelle Gellar) and Ray (Freddie Prinze Jr.).

**Review:** Finally checked out *I Know What You Did Last Summer* before the new one drops, and honestly—it’s a pretty fun throwback. The cast is stacked (90s icons galore), and I’m a sucker for that “secret gone wrong” slasher setup. It’s got that glossy teen horror vibe, though the small cast makes the middle feel a bit stretched. The killer reveal? Kinda meh, not the mic-drop I hoped for. Still, the chase scenes slap, the tension works, and I get why it spawned a franchise. Not perfect, but definitely a solid, guilty-pleasure slasher. ★★★☆☆
