06/13/2020 An ok film that hasn’t aged as well as others and on its own it has some problems that at the time could have been avoided See more 08/11/2015 Emotional dramatic version. Like to see an updated version See more don s 01/24/2015 Huge fan of Native American culture, and we get a lot of it in this one. The Nez Pearce tribes must outsmart the military or wind up on the Reservation. Not the best of performances, but very interesting topic which does a good job of treating the subject matter with respect. Sad but interesting little piece of history. Features James Whitmore and a young Sam Elliott, both whom I found very enjoyable.
