Nicolas Rapold New York Times The octogenarian Icahn anchors this deft pocket biography, with his appealing directness and dead-level stare, as he presides at the office and around the house. Feb 15, 2022 Full Review Kyle Smith National Review As portrayed in an inspiring new HBO documentary, Icahn: The Restless Billionaire, the 85-year-old financier isn’t like Robin Hood. He’s far better. Mar 9, 2022 Full Review John Serba Decider I know -- we’re all sick to DEATH of politics, but without such context, the documentary is an incomplete portrait of a man who, Klein insists, has had enough of an impact on Wall Street to deserve a feature-length documentary about him. Feb 23, 2022 Full Review Lisa Laman The Spool A documentary too in love with its central subject to say anything interesting.  Feb 15, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

Michael W This Wall Street documentary was really good. The entire crew did a fantastic job on making this documentary. This story about the famous financier Carl Icahn was inspirational and amazing. It's about making the right investments for the shareholders of a company rather than the company itself. If you haven't seen this documentary yet, check it out sometime. It's a must see and you might learn something as well. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/17/24 Full Review andre l This documentary gives a decent overview of Ichan's career. He really is a fascinating guy who had a knack for finding undervalued companies and making billions off of them. This film does go through most of his hits, but doesn't spend enough time on the destruction he caused at TWA and all the layoffs that came to other companies due to his 'activism'. Guys like Ichan are a product of our capitalism system; both the good and bad parts. But, it is an interesting watch if you are interested in the stock market. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Right on the money! In depth and right to the heart of the story. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Read all reviews
