Audience Member Icons among us; five stars of five. #Documentary #Music #Jazz An excellent showcase of young jazz artists with excellent skills. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Nice documentary on the current state of the music called Jazz. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Some good stuff here, but people have been arguing about "what is jazz?" for decades, so I would've preferred a focus on artists talking about (rather than defending/defining) their music, and performing, rather than trotting out Wynton Marsalis again to say the same thing he always does. This only scratches the surface of all the great jazz musicians performing today. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member A slow start but ended up being a very engaging showcase of the current jazz scene. What a treat.
