I'm An Electric Lampshade is a big-hearted, joyous and unlikely adventure. The film introduces Doug McCorkle, a buttoned-up, mild-mannered corporate accountant, who retires at age 60 to become a rock star. Truth is indeed stranger than fiction as we follow Doug, who puts his marriage, life savings and reputation on the line to follow his lifelong fantasy. This is the film for all of us who have had a dream but need some inspiration to follow it.
