Une histoire vraie bouleversante qui m'a tellement marqué que j'écris cette revue plusieurs années après l'avoir regardé. Quelle ténacité de ce père qui a surmonté tant d'épreuves dans un combat contre le système, pour que sa fille reçoive justice. Un grand jeu d'acteur de Daniel Auteuil. Bravo.

Buena, el villano es muy bueno, me quedo con que los alemanes protegen a sus compatriotas de los acuses de extranjeros. Increíble cuantos años aguanto el hombre por justicia, pero aun así, por todo el mal del villano, solo hizo pocos años en la prisión.

Un drame sur la quête d'un homme pour que l'assassin pédophile de fille soit incarcéré. Un brûlot sur le système judiciaire allemand complaisant envers les pédophiles et fait tout pour ne pas les faire extradés. Les affaires extérieures françaises faisant peu.

A decent dramatization of one of the most dramatic legal affairs in Europe this century. The editing is a little bit questionable, the "villain" was not as strong as the protagonist in term of character development, and the supporting cast is not really outstanding, but the struggle of the father to fulfill his last promise to his daughter was perfectly depicted with superb performance from Daniel Auteil. Even though I know this fascinating story from front to back, the film is still a deeply emotional watch - a feat that not many cinematic works can achieve these days.
