This is a wonderful film about our human need for silence and the detrimental effects that noise has on our physical, mental and psychological wellbeing. A beautifully filmed documentary that carries the viewer into its exploration of the beauty of silence and our growing discomfort with silence in our noisy world. The film raises more questions than it answers but sparks an important and timely conversation about our human development in the age of constant distraction and noise.

A "must see" documentary about the noise we think we don't even notice and how it affects everything about us, including our health. Visually beautiful with a great soundtrack. Don't take your popcorn in, it's too noisy :)
