Melvin F This doc is a must-see for any sci-fi fans. It is packed with so many sci-fi classics that were discussed. Gems that defined the 1980s. I even discovered films that I never had the opportunity to see. It introduced me to films I've never seen (or heard of), and provided behind the scenes of a lot of films I hold near and dear. When I can't necessarily find a film to watch, this is one I revisit because it reignites my passion for the art of filmmaking and showcases some of my favorite films of all-time. Highly recommend. Fast forward to the shipping, our package never arrived. It didn't arrive on the original date it was supposed to nor did it arrive on the date they told us to wait till at the end of July. I asked for a refund several times and their response, the package was lost in transition and a replacement is $35. We checked and the package was never shipped, only a shipping label was created, this was an error on their part not mine and I should not have to pay an additional fee to get what I originally paid for. Now not only will I not get to watch this, which I have been looking forward to, they refuse to refund the money, and basically ended up with free money. On top of the extortion and fraud they basically committed, now they have also committed theft, because they refuse to make this right with the people that helped them make this project in the first place. I have hard proof nothing was received for payments tendered. I await their response but I dont beleive this company is legit anymore, based on this experience and lack of cuatomer service help.
