It’s the same principle that made the James Bond movies look so opulent: Yes, explosive action and special effects can show off a big budget, but just providing a travelogue of sorts for the audience also feels inherently cinematic.

Quite boring compared to the first. This obe is focused more on deaths than intricate story, like one of those bug budget slasher from any big studios. I tried to keep up despite falling asleep many times.

Convoluted, boring timeline, we're supposed to love a soulless serial killer, no story, utter implausibility at every turn, Cassandra Naud cannot act ... there's a lot more. The first movie was pretty good. This one is an absolute stinker. For the life of me I cannot understand the 95% on RT. Makes zero sense. I made it through just to see if it was as bad as I thought. It is.
