You can expect the fun scares these films have provided over the last eight years, but after four films, it seems they are struggling to follow through in the last act. Providing a finale that is undeserving for a respected franchise.

This movie was good if you love scares being the ENTIRE PLOT!!! There was almost no plot to this movie just mediocre characters and some actually pretty good scares. 3/10.

Elisa opens a red door as a kid that held a demon and years later gets called back to her childhood hometown where she discovers her brother's family is under attack. This movie takes place right before Chapter 1 and give a good family history for Elisa. Every time this franchise releases a new movie it ends up further into the further and not in a good way.
