Audience Member A great depiction of grace at work, and living in a complex world without easy answers. Well written, well paced, featuring some great performances by Sisto, Chenoweth, and Baumgartner. Proof you can make a great movie without a huge budget. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Quite sad and pensive yet the acting raises this film to a very high level of GREAT. There's no laughter, but many tears. Silent tears. Sisto and Chenowith are both just brilliant and believable in their roles. My favorite of Sisto's many roles. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Forget everything you thought you knew about Kristin Chenowith. It's almost like she's a different person here. It's a phenomenal transformation. The always dependable Sisto turns in another underrated performance. This film has great Christian themes, but due to language and scenes of nudity and pornography (none of it gratuitous, all serving the story), it won't likely reach a Christian audience. One of the most heartbreaking indie dramas I've ever seen. Bravo to everyone involved. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member I new what was going to happen as soon as I saw brandy running scared. The plot is terrible with no suspense. The occasional little pharmacy granny for comic relief was the best part of the movie but even her served to story line base and was just for comic relief. I expected more but I guess Tyler Parry isn't doing his best these days with a bad Alex Cross movie. He should stick to Medea stuff. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member A heart-rending movie about a girl who seeks for redemption and a priest who couldn't help himself but become involved with his congregant and try to solve her problem. Jeremy acted well in the movie. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Jeremy Sisto plays an understated priest very well. He seemed comfortable with the faith depicted in the film and I found that refreshing. There is no love for or condemnation of the Catholic Church and that's also refreshing. Into Temptation (a bad title by the way) shows the Church plays an important role in people's lives and priests struggle with duty, obligation, loyalty, politics like everyone else but with a higher purpose. I had not planned to watch this movie but was drawn in when it came on after something else I watched on cable. I hadn't even planned to watch another movie so that tells you something about it's intrigue. It's very good. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Lisa Kennedy Denver Post Into Temptation doesn't break ground as a story, even one about redemption. Even so, Coyle's understanding of the pastoral work of the parish priest is refreshing. Rated: 2/4 Jan 22, 2010 Full Review Rob Nelson Variety A Catholic-themed indie of occasionally irreverent wit, Into Temptation is appropriately tough to resist. Sep 1, 2009 Full Review Christian Toto What Would Toto Watch? Into Temptation treats Catholocism - and its audience - with a great deal of respect. Rated: 3.5/4 Jan 23, 2010 Full Review Brian Orndorf BrianOrndorf.com Sharply constructed with a heavy spray of noirish aroma, Temptation is a uniquely accomplished indie film, wielding salacious material sensitively, building an intoxicating sense of intrigue and discomfort. Rated: B+ Oct 15, 2009 Full Review Chris Hewitt St. Paul Pioneer Press A modest, intelligent film. Rated: 2.5/4 Aug 28, 2009 Full Review Read all reviews
