The nuptials between New York City attorney Michael Fraser (Michael Whalen) and his secretary, Julie Hayes (Gloria Stuart), hit a snag when a case inspires Julie to postpone their wedding in favor of trying to help save Peter Vincent (Robert Kellard), an innocent man accused of murder, from a death sentence.
