Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member A visually beautiful film set in a Soviet collective farm, that tells the story of Assia - who cannot chose between the man who she loves and who loves her, and the father of her child. Via the setting the collectivized agricultural exploitation, the film also tells us the story of the soviet union.
