Shubhra Gupta The Indian Express This brave Bollywood film about condoms ends up in a lecture... Rated: 2.5/5 Jun 10, 2022 Full Review Carla Hay Culture Mix Although well-intentioned in its message of female empowerment in reproductive rights, the comedy/drama Janhit Mein Jaari gets bogged down in too many vapid gimmicks that cheapen the message. Jul 6, 2022 Full Review Rahul Desai Film Companion The film is so inclined towards humour that the serious core ends up being the silly and disposable part. Jun 10, 2022 Full Review Devesh Sharma Filmfare Watch the film for its witty take on middle class life, the engaging acting by the ensemble cast and it’s message of having safe sex always. Rated: 3/5 Jun 10, 2022 Full Review Soumya Srivastava Hindustan Times Nushrratt Bharuccha's latest movie kicks off with such promise and delight, it's a shame to witness it dig itself into a hole by the second half. Jun 10, 2022 Full Review Rachana Dubey The Times of India A light-hearted film that spells out the importance of condoms and addresses the social stigma around its use. Prashant S Quite a good watch. We really need these type of movies specially in India where awareness for things related to sex education are nearly zero. All seems to review that they could have added more on condom but the thing is you have to see from a perspective of lower middle class people they won't enjoy a movie if its a documentary it has to be fun and this movie do its job quite good and give a great message. Liked it 👍. Acting 4.5/5, Story 4/5, Message of the movie 4.5/5 Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review TANVEER A COMEDY KJDHJKSD DSJKDSHJ DHJJDHDSAD DDHREOURES BDDA KJHJKDFHJK AADAJSS JKHADJKSMNBZC ZKHDA ASJDASDH ADKJASKLDJASK ADJASJDA Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/23/22 Full Review Suneel B Movie is full of entertainment apart from that very good message to the society. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/23/22 Full Review Audience Member It was an Mszing movie to watch Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member The movie is not as bad the rating I gave ! But I am giving it a very poor rating due to the messed up social message. Condoms are protection primary and not for pleasure ( nothing wrong with it being used for pleasure, scented, dotted, ribbed all are for pleasure and nothing wrong with them as well). But the movie failed to even mention STDs ! A movie about safe sex that does not even touch up of STDs ? Secondly, the movie's focus was solely condoms as a means of contraception, but it does not even mention other forms of contraception ! It is asking women to ask men to wear condoms, not wrong, but there are contraception methods available for women ( IUDs, Pills, even female condoms) that the movie completely ignores. Basically this was ill conceived and honestly a bit disappointment Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review tina c What is the first thing comes to your mind when someone comes to talk to you about condom? Well cringe. But that shouldn't be the desirable reaction. This is what Manu has been doing in Orcha. After taking up a job in haste, she decides to pull it off with her all as a new side opens up in front of her. Struggling to convince her maternal family and her in-laws Manu decides to spread words which is essential. Bharucha did an astounding job in her role. With the movie solely resting on her shoulder she gives a spectacular delivery both in dialogue and in expression. Sonu ki Sweety has matured a lot in years. And the remaining cast forms an excellent support in the journey. 4.5/5 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
