This made-for-TV biopic explores the incredible life of Jenifer Estess (Laura San Giacomo), a successful theater producer in New York City. Tragedy strikes when Estess is diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease. Not willing to take her predicament lying down, Estess collaborates with her three sisters, Valerie (Jane Kaczmarek), Meredith (Annabella Sciorra) and Marilyn, to form a nonprofit that funds research dedicated to finding a cure for the degenerative disease.
