Like his restaurants, the film is carried by Tower's personality and vision. Even if you're not into food, it's a fascinating look at a seminal moment in American cuisine, and the man who helped bring it about. Go to Full Review

01/04/2018 You walk in to a new restaurant,drawn in by its intriguing sights and smells. There is promise of an elegant story. And then the primary ingredient turns into a tempest..sometimes charming, sometimes sad, sometimes arrogant and sometimes indecipherable..
