Robert Hanks Independent (UK) Rated: 2/5 Aug 19, 2006 Full Review Empire Magazine A load of formulaic nonsense that should still turn a few young heads thanks to its fantasy plot and Jesse Metcalfe's chest. Rated: 2/5 Aug 18, 2006 Full Review Anna Smith Time Out Not the worst of its kind, but few over the age of 14 will find it worth forking out for. Soleil R So underrated. Such a funny movie. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 11/14/24 Full Review David D High school films are a weird one. The went from mildly pornographic in the 80's with the Lemon Popsicle and Porky's series to almost intelligent in the late 80's and 90's with films like John Tucker, Heathers etc. This is certainly one of the better ones. Being based on Shakespeare it would be up to the production to mess up a modern adaptation. Thankfully, in this case, the Rings of Power team were nowhere in sight. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 09/11/24 Full Review Daniel S Another "highschool" movie in a sea of highschool movies. It's fine, just fine. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 07/13/24 Full Review Cameron C This is stupid but funny as fuck John Tucker is an indestructible LEGEND!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/27/24 Full Review Luke S I found this a lot of fun. There is some humor in trying to destroy someone who just won't get destroyed that isn't explored as often as it should be! To think a high school reputation is like that is hilarious at times. Other teen comedies are better but that doesn't make this anywhere near the area of "bad". Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 08/25/23 Full Review Nyah P It's was ok. It got boring and it was kinda problematic. Not the best movie, it was kind of misleading at times…especially with the trailer. Also a lot of unfinished thoughts…. Also one last thing, why can the love interests in movies actually be good looking? Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 07/01/23 Full Review Read all reviews
