A veil abruptly descends over the busy Shibuya area amid the bustling Halloween crowds, trapping countless civilians inside. Satoru Gojo, the strongest jujutsu sorcerer, steps into the chaos. But lying in wait are curse users and spirits scheming to seal him away. Is it a movie borrowing bits from a TV show? A TV show dressed up as a movie? Does it matter? It certainly doesn’t, if all you need is spectacular and imaginatively staged battle sequences.

Although Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution delivers an exciting preview for what’s to come, I wish the Shibuya stuff were more extended, especially the fight between Mahoraga and Sukuna.

There’s a lot to like about Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution, but it’s essentially a feature length commercial catered towards die hard fans who want to see these characters on the big screen and/or they can’t wait for the new series to drop early next month.

The movie was amazing but they spent too much time recapping the last season. After the recapping was done, there was some new content but a lot of unanswered questions. They could've added more new content and ramped up the fighting scenes. If you haven't seen the first 2 seasons in a while it's a good watch. However, if you went back and watch them before seeing the movie you will be disappointed. Overall, I am still interested in the new season. I recommend not rewatching the first 2 seasons if you plan on seeing the movie.

40 min recap of shibuya arc but the new episodes are pretty good and worth it to see if you’re a big jjk fan, if not wait until it releases next year for season 3
