Audience Member Jungle Woman is the next to last in a series of movies about a woman who turns in an ape woman. It's certainly not a good movie, but it's fun for fans of cheesy movies and monster flicks. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member "The Jungle Woman" was directed by Reginald LeBorg who never rose above cheap B pictures. He was a journeyman director whose priority was to complete an assignment on schedule and budget without any pretense of artistry and it shows in "The Jungle Woman." Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review bill t Extremely lightweight horror from Universal that is the sequel to Captive Wild Woman. After using, yes, nearly half of the running time of this movie on recaps, the film then tells us of how the jungle woman is now living in a sanitorium with a doctor looking after her, but he cant understand her wild behavior! Soon she kills a bad-acting patient and then slow hell breaks loose. Acquenetta is hilariously bad, making this at least watchable.
