cathy a I am watching the film now for the first time. II must say it is tortuous watching as Kristie had making it Too bad for a good actor. I could tell watching she wasn't exactly happy making this. Just not her type of part. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/28/24 Full Review uncle p Story/Screenplay: (2.5/5) In this story, we have an attractive girl who has no problem attracting guys. Alas, she wears a leg brace, and we soon discover that wearing a scarlet "A" would be a better option. Upon seeing the brace, guys become flustered and begin to act irrationally. Before you know it, they're out the door and out of the story. So absurd. This inanity aside, we're still left with a pointless, meandering story with characters popping in and out without any real purpose. While not overtly bad, this story is badly flawed. Duration/Tempo: (2.5/5) At 1 hour and 34 minutes, it's a very short film that felt average in length. Cast & Crew: (3/5) Kristy McNichol was actually quite good, but her effervescent performance couldn't buoy a film that was clearly weak. Summary: (2.5/5) The story and cast were mediocre, and the film felt longer than it actually was. A thumbs down. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Kristy Mcnichol stars as a young woman who has found success as a musician, but is not happy with her handicapped leg. She decides to cover her cast and ends up at a ski resort. She falls for a photographer. This film will make you miss Kristy Mcnichol's presence. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Another great 80s movie, I enjoyed it a lot. Kristi McNichol was great in this as was Michael Ontkean. I would recommend this movie to anybody who loves a good 80s romance. :) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member I've dug this movie since I first caught it on TBS or something back in the 90's. I have a worn out taped VHS copy of it, still, to this day! When are they gonna release it on DVD? (Never, I'm sure...) Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Sentimental sappy Mediocre crap from the 80's Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
