With this movie there came an end to an era of 21 seasons. The film is loaded with the typical humor of its characters. Not the best of the best, but a worthy goodbye. Starring: Marijn Devalck, Danni Heylen, An Swartenbroeckx, Johny Voners, Loes van den Heuvel, Ben Rottiers, Herman Verbruggen, Ann Tuts, Tuur De Weert, Jaak van Assche, Machteld Timmermans, Niels Destadsbader, Mike Verdrengh and Joyce Beullens. Saucisse maker Balthazar Boma (Devalck) wants to buy a castle in France from Albert Tartuffe (Verdrengh) to surprise his wife Goedele (Timmermans), but living there means that he has to stop sponsoring his soccer team 'FC De Kampioenen'. After the wedding of his secretary Doortje (Tuts) to Pol (Rogiers) who is trainer of the team, Boma invites everyone to go to France to play a friendly match against Tartuffe's soccer team. On the day of departure the gang is surprised to see that their bus driver is non-other than Fernand Costermans (van Assche). At the first stop along the way, Ronaldhinio (Destadsbader) meets the beautiful Carlita (Beullens) and the extravagant Carmen (van den Heuvel) gets locked in a toilet.
