elena g Incredible shots of the animals and the landscape they inhabit. Have NEVER seen kangaroos in the snow!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review tami k This is not your regular run-of-the-mill documentary. It has all the elements of a feature film -- gorgeous cinematography, an amazing script, and a beautiful majestic score. What an incredible collaboration between writer, director, cinematographer, and musical scoring. I would love to see this documentary adapted into a Disney-like animation film. Kangaroo Valley is a captivating, touching, and at times humorous story that lovingly takes you by the hand and leads you on the amazing life-journey of one adorable joey, named Mala. This is a film that just grabs your heart and won't let go. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review keera p A heart wrenching story of survival, balance and the profound effects of climate change. Captivating from beginning to end. Each personality, perception and experience is written perfectly. Mala is one unforgettable Joey. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/21/22 Full Review Meredith B Absolutely wonderful film. Heart-warming, beautifully written, an all-around feel good piece for folks of every age. Watch it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/20/22 Full Review emma b I really loved this film, it's both emotive and educational, can't wait to show this to my children. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Harley J When I first heard about this film, I thought it would be a boring documentary with cool cinematography. It was one of those things. (The cinematography was incredible!!) This film tells the story of a Joey in a narrative form. It feels more like a fantasy film than a documentary. I can't describe how I felt when I watched this film. I will tell you this. I cried. The characters were incredibly well written. The Ariel cinematography was chef's kiss. The voice over was amazing! 10/10 recommend. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/18/22 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
