This film is about as accurate a reflection of how people break into the music business as In the Night Garden is about temperate-zone forest habitats.

Director E.E. Hegarty does give the material a certain frothy charm that overrides the familiarity of the material and the music is decent enough to listen to. What really sells the film is Hunt.

You have Ella Hunt in it. She is always a pleasure to see on screen. She is my favorite actress. She killed it!! 💛💛💛💛 Seeing from this, I can see how great of an actress she is.

Was drawn to the film as a fan of Dougie, however the film itself was funny in places and sweet and I think portrays just how hard it can be to follow your dreams, but if you do you might just make it!

A feel good film for these depressing times. A fun fantasy about following your dreams and the realities of life that get in the way. A great wee film with great performances from Ella Hunt (Anna And the Apocalypse) and Dougie Pointer (McFly), with an exceptional supporting cast. Directed by E.E.Hegarty who also directed the award winning short film To The Grace, also worth a watch, this film is a good way to pass an hour and a half. Well worth a watch.
