Maxine Peake is a caricature of a childless, sharp-suited London career woman in Keeping Rosy. Go to Full Review

I was determined to loathe the immaculate Charlotte yet, thanks to Peake, I found myself willing her on. Go to Full Review

An essentially televisual affair, but there are chilly thrills to be had as director Steve Reeves and co-writer Mike Oughton make good on the promise of the award-winning short Taking Life. Go to Full Review

Danielle C. @DaniELLIE Dec 6 I wanted to watch a thriller but I am sick of the horror/thriller movies specially because of the terrible music they all have in them, so I put this on. I was pleasantly surprised by it. Pretty good acting. Not usually a fan of British movies because I can’t understand anything they say but this wasn’t too bad. The twists that happened were shocking and surprised me completely. Very nice and definitely a breath of fresh air from the horror thrillers I’ve been watching! The film manages to be thrilling yet darkly comic at the same time. I love the attention to detail that helps to give the plot and the characters credibility. Every time I watch it I notice something new. Brilliant! See more Melissa L @Agent99 02/26/2023 It was very enthralling, but I didn't like the ending. I would recommend it, though. See more 08/20/2021 I loved watching how she grew emotionally throughout the course of the story, even though it was a terrible way for it to happen. I've watched it more than once. Deeply moving and disturbing film. Five stars. See more 09/26/2020 Excellent film with a suspenseful story, interesting characters , and strong acting. The dramatic end is not predictable. There is an undertone of sadness throughout the movie. See more 02/23/2019 I really enjoyed this fast-paced thriller and felt quite stressed for the protagonist. She thought her life was bad enough already having lost her job...but that was only the beginning. I wish it was longer than just an hour and a half... See more Read all reviews
