The son of a wealthy presidential candidate has just been kidnapped. The kidnappers are demanding a hefty ransom. Doc and Zoe are two amateur gangsters -- and soccer freaks -- who must deliver the young man to their ruthless boss. Impulsive Zoe accidentally kills the candidate's son. Faced with a terrible fate for killing their hostage, Doc and Zoe stumble upon Patrick and his nine-month-pregnant wife, Laura. The young couple must, at all costs, catch a flight out of Haiti to give birth in the US to get citizenship for their baby. Patrick's great misfortune is that he looks exactly like the senator's dead son. In the midst of a heated election and a Barça-Real classico match, Doc and Zoe find themselves at the center of a political conspiracy.

It's this heightened reality that gives “Kidnapping Inc.” its distinct flavor, a sense of chaos that spares no one, that’s so over-the-top, it’s hard not to laugh at the outsized reactions and the story of characters double and triple crossing each.

anything around Haiti is often sad, this movie was able to talk about a serious societal problem, kidnapping, talk about politicians and power and greed and still have a human story, sprinkled with humor all rapped into one. congratulations

The engaging plot and exceptional performances make it, hands down, the best Haitian production I’ve seen. Every role, inspired by real-life figures, adds depth and authenticity to the story. The film was absolutely hilarious, balancing humor with serious issues in a brilliant way. The acting was outstanding, and the plot was engaging from start to finish. The editing and directing were also top-notch, bringing everything together seamlessly. I would definitely recommend it to others.
