A Chilean chemist, that worked for the Pinochet regime, had asylum in Uruguay. One day, out of the blue, he disappears. Julia, daughter of a general, is in charge of the case representing the judicial power. Soon she faces the ugly daily truth, she doesn't have the POWER to prove her case. Disgusting reality, of a daily event.
