Audience Member I liked it. But I wish the mermaid wasn't also a hideous monster. I would have wanted more action with the mermaid. Super creepy. I liked the old island in Yogoslavia too. They should have captured the mermaid and tied her up. That would have been really cool. There is chasing killer suspense and an attractive cast including Franco Nero and Natalie Burn who has a beautiful body (sorry but this is a selling point). Franco Nero looks good in his 70s and adds some old pro pizzaz to the production. The mermaid, when she finally shows up, is appropriately alluring, creepy and deadly. The sirens sweetly singing.
