marco b The film starts with a fashion model being injured in a tragic sun-tanning bed fire. We then skip a few years to the clients at Rhonda's Gym, where the patrons are being killed off one by one, mostly with a giant safety pin. The back of the box says Rhonda is the twin sister of the girl killed, but there is nothing mentioned in the film. Terrible acting and plot.
