Despite the amazing cast and satirical intentions, the film loses momentum, becoming a series of action plot points with little character substance that not even Ashtons abs or Katherine’s charisma can make work. Catherine O'Hara, and Tom Selleck are excellent as the satirically jaded socialite and all-knowing patrician, living the American fantasy of unmerited wealth that is unquestioned by their daughter Jen, Katherine Heigl. Uma comédia de espionagem com uma estória similar a de "Sr. e Sra. Smith" ou "Encontro Explosivo". Spencer (Kutcher) esta em uma missão em Nice. E lá conhece e apaixona por Jen (Heigl), mas tem uma íngua seu sogro Kornfeldt (Selleck). MAs acaba se casando e o filme da um salto de 3 anos. Quando Spence tem uma construtora e Jen descobre que esta grávida. Mas o antigo contratador de Spencer quer ele na ativa novamente, mas ele não quer. Porém isso faz ativar um protocolo de segurança onde todos vão querer matar Spencer. Ele foge com Jen, e para a surpresa quem é o mandante? Selleck, mas quando descobre que a filha esta grávida e ama Spencer, tudo muda e todos vivem felizes para sempre, será? Vale apena assistir?: Um filme mediano comparado com os outros citados aqui. Nota: 5 See more Esteban C @RT03454761 03/24/2025 another predictable romcom, but this time with the action factor that i think helped a lot into the plot and made it more entertainment than usual! the cast was astonishing so that was another point in favor, but as every single romcom out there, the story was simple and not as elaborate as i would have preferred. katherine and ashton make an amazing pair, in both looks and chemistry, but still, it’s just another movie that this genre has, in a way, butchered! Pregnancy tests and eating for two was also stupid when she wasn't even sure if she was pregnant. I know it is a kind of a comedy, but it devolved into a mess that I hated after around 45 minutes.
