Kung Fu Panda 3 boasts the requisite visual splendor, but like its rotund protagonist, this sequel's narrative is also surprisingly nimble, adding up to animated fun for the whole family.

Sara Michelle Fetters MovieFreak.com Kung Fu Panda 3 concludes on a definite high note, filled with eye-popping animated set pieces as well as thrilling story beats that I was perfectly entertained by. Rated: 3/4 Aug 16, 2016 Full Review Roxana Hadadi Chesapeake Family Magazine Kung Fu Panda 3 revisits the same themes as its predecessors ... But that familiarity doesn't lessen the film's emotional impact and solid laughs. Rated: 4/5 Aug 2, 2016 Full Review Geoffrey Macnab Independent (UK) It may serve up exactly the same mix of mayhem, noodles and dumplings as the first two films in the series, but Kung Fu Panda 3 is still energetic and wildly entertaining fare. Rated: 4/5 Apr 1, 2016 Full Review Sebastian Zavala Kahn Me gusta el cine The biggest problem with “Kung Fu Panda 3” is tone: while the first two films WERE funny, the third film TRIES to be funny with too much hyperactivity and “gags” everywhere, saturating the viewers instead of making them laugh. Rated: 2.5/5 Mar 16, 2024 Full Review Jana Monji Age of the Geek While this is the weakest of the now four feature films, it does give Po his father and show his two fathers negotiating team parenting. Po must find his chi and fight jade zombies with the help of his biological father's panda village. Ben W It’s a good and fun movie. Not quite as good as the previous two, but a worthy entry in the franchise. Recommend for sure. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/24 Full Review Gabriel M Uma sequência impecável, tudo nesse filme é bom. A trilha sonora é maravilhosa, uma das melhores do estúdio dreanworks. O filme é um dos meus favoritos dentro e fora do estudio. O vilão é muito bom. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 11/24/25 Full Review Ian A AND ITS NOT THE SLIGTEST BIT OF FRIGHTNING(music in backround) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/13/25 Full Review Logan G. Kung Fu Panda 3 is funny, action-packed fun and my favorite entry in the series. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/10/25 Full Review Viking P My first question is: Why does this movie gets so much negative in certain things? Let me correct that for you all. The positives: First of all this movie was an amazing conclusion to the franchise until the 4th one. The animation and visuals are even better than the previous 2. The opening scene where Oogway fights Kai the main villain is so badass and amazing. I really liked the return of Oogway in a meaningful way. Also Kai is still a great villain, his design is so cool and badass. The soundtrack and Kai's main theme song is perfect. Po's actual dad is a great new character with a great voice acting. I also enjoyed how Mr.ping became a way more important character in this movie than the previous 2. The humour was still great and the montages of the training of the pandas is so well done. Amazing animation and visuals during the main battles of this movie. I also enjoyed the quotes of master Shifu. The negatives: Despite this movie was a great conclusion to the franchise until the 4th one theres still some flaws but that didn't annoy me much. Kai's backstory and motivations for being evil was kind of weak and not reaching the levels of the previous 2 villains he feels like a rage monster more. The pacing of the movie is a bit weird but not too bad. They abused a bit the humour stuff but still enjoyable. Finally, this was a great conclusion of the franchise before the 4th one. I would really recommend it to watch it and it's quite entertaining and fun. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/08/25 Full Review Russell H Pretty fun to watch and a lot of humor Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/05/25 Full Review Read all reviews
