Plenty of effects and quite meaningful movie. The movies touches on the corruption in the law enforcement section in Japan. Some of the effects are quite realitic while some are downright fake. Like Akiko Aida who acted as the female lead. The conspiracy element that turns up as the plot unfolds is pretty silly, and I wouldn't really recommend this unless you just have some time to kill. Pass.
