This movie is a wacky, R-Rated comedy, and when looked upon as a wacky, R-Rated comedy, it's actually very good. The name of the movie says it all in regards to content, but what I was impressed by was how funny the movie often times gets. It has a high energy and plays up the soft-core nudity and the zombies with regularity. The lead character is actually rather likeable, at least in the most basic of ways, and no, I don't just mean in that she shows a fair amount of skin -- She actually has a somewhat sardonic sense of humor, possesses surprisingly meta observations, and seems to walk through life with a somewhat carefree, yet not exactly optimistic, attitude. I've seen numerous Japanese Skin-flicks in my day, some silly and some attempting to be serious, and this one is just about the only one that I actually genuinely enjoyed as a movie. It's not great, but considering this movie is sold as a softcore adult film with zombies thrown in, it's far, far above average.

This film's also know under the title of ("Big Tits Zombie") If you like T&A with your gore, the Japanese filmmakers take a back seat to no one and this is another prime example. In recent years, most of the sexy actresses appearing in these gems have been chosen from from the large talent pool of current and former adult video and gravure idols Japan has to offer. In this one, the ladies, headed by JAV icon Sora Aoi with fellow AV girls Risa Kasumi, and Mari Sakuraias in supporting roles, are dancers who accept an engagement at the Paradise Ikagawa Theater. That soon leads to them working at a local spa, where the girls can make better money, but, of course, do more than just dance there. One evening after a "performance," while the ladies are relaxing in their shared dressing room, one of them decides to venture down in the basement in hopes of finding some hidden riches. She does, but she also stirs up a hoard of zombies who respond like hornets after their nest had been treated like a piñata. The flesh-eaters then proceed to devour her and then search for more, since she was merely an appetizer, and away we go. A couple of the dancers wind up joining the other side, but Sora battles the zombies to the end, displaying a few decent martial arts moves while doing so. The blood and splatter are abundant, the special effects are intentionally laughable, and the ladies show some genuine acting skills in this one, if not much skin ....but a simple Google search of any of their names will yield plenty of that. aka "Big Tits Zombie"
So ridiculous that it's actually quite awesome. There's enough blood and gore, but the actual zombie makeup is really poorly and effortlessly done. Looks like they spent more time on the sexy outfits and possible boob-jobs....though....I'm not really complaining. It's an insane japanese horror-comedy and no more than that, and the women in it could be considered worth the watch. The story...well...watching it on mute might have the same effect. Play this one in the background of your house party and I'm sure it'll be a nice conversation piece.
