For the majority of its running time, this plays like a typical teen sex comedy of the period --- plenty of nudity in the service of plenty of ribald situations --- but it unexpectedly turns serious during the second half. Go to Full Review

Overall, it's got strong Porky's vibes, with an exceptionally brutal ending that makes the film all the better. Go to Full Review

One of the things the movie gets especially right is the way in which teenagers are so desperate for grown-up experiences, but their emotions are too volatile to process them. Go to Full Review

A barely tolerable raunchy formulaic teen comedy that turns unfashionably serious with a realistic downbeat ending. Go to Full Review

Horror fan 4 Jun 3 An excellent movie filled with great music and characters. Tim Treakle See more Nahin D @nahindipto 05/07/2024 Brutal ending but I loved this film. See more Rafael C 11/17/2023 One of the worst endings of all time See more Jens B @Jens97 08/16/2023 Ok, listen.. I'm a huge fan of the original eight part movie series, especially the first four. I've seen them countless times. Now we're in the coke filled eighties and Cannon decides to do a remake. I like 80's music more than 50's, so that's a plus. I think that the set design and whole production level is better than in the original. The original actors are way better, although I find the American ones more attractive. "Last American Virgin" feels like Davidson had no fun or interest in directing a remake of his own film and it shows. Both the original and the remake share the fact that the hot womanizer who gets the girl pregnant is played by a gay actor both times?! Why are there girls in this film anyway? Monoson and Antin's characters clearly want each other. Monoson just continues his character from "Friday the 13 - The Final Chapter" in being a dead fuck. All in all, it's very late, I'm drunk, and I don't know what else to say but: this is fine if you've never seen the original and it's first three sequels. See more 11/03/2019 This movie is a must see the ending movie. there are lots of "could have been cut" scenes but the ending featuring "Oh No!" by Lionel Richie and "Just once" by James Ingram make it a must see for any guy that has been treated like shit or any girl that has chased the wrong guy. Awesome soundtrack and a posterboy/film for condoms. See more Read all reviews
