Surya Komal Just for Movie Freaks Last to Die is far from a perfect horror entry, but it finds its niche by leaning into the pulpy thrills of the genre. Meghin W The sound engineering on the voiceovers is irritatingly bad. The soundtrack is mostly cheesy and bad. The acting is BAD. Considering how bad the script is, that may not be entirely the fault of the cast. I fast-forwarded after 20 minutes of the worst slow-drama I've seen in a long time to see how bad the bad guy was gonna be. Oh ya. SOOOO bad. Nothing like a big clunky rubber creature with lights for eyes to make a movie with no redeeming qualities worse. The storyline is an ancient trope about sacrifice to a monster in an old village so people can live forever. I'm all for a low-budget horror but it's rare I've ever wished I could get my time back. In summary, it's bad. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/22/25 Full Review Read all reviews
