Audience Member For me, this is an absolute classic. I will definitely make my friends watch this movie. The love story between the China princess and the Marshall mallow guy is definitely rushed though. I didn't know that two people could fall in love in a matter of maximum, a week. But I love this movie regardless. It was targeted to a younger demographic. So if you're an adult, it might not appeal to you. The music was awesome, despite a lot of people saying otherwise. Yet the set or a lot of the places felt a bit barren and lacking, like the ending part to the Jesters castle. Everyone was just in the courtyard duking it out... but, I still love the movie with all of my heart. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/24/24 Full Review Артем Б I couldn't watch this movie for a long time, but when I finally got the chance to watch it and watched it, I realized to my surprise that this movie is not good. The only scene I remember in this movie is the fight at the end, it was very interesting, but most of the movie was boring and tasteless, so I definitely do not recommend watching it.The whole film is like some separate work that has no connection with any movie or any book of Oz.There is absolutely nothing interesting about this movie, the animation is outdated and the plot is very predictable. And then why is it called "Dorothy's Return"? It's more like a second part that didn't have a first part.
