02/03/2012 Hyper-kinetic Korean actioner with an absurd title doesn't always make sound logical sense but doesn't give you much time to think about it either. A cop whose partner is killed turns suicidal and fingers the wrong man, who conversely feels he himself has a lot left to live for including proving his innocence. After an escape (the first of MANY), the two men alternate between being allies and enemies which gives the movie its compelling backbone. The dizzying camera's constant movement and protracted story both run out of steam well before the closing credits. Thankfully, like fellow Korean flick The Host, it manages to drizzle some ace lighthearted moments into the melee while featuring more chaotic fistfights than a Toys'R'Us on Black Friday. See more 12/03/2010 what a rushed korean action movie, the editing is lousy, not even a try to made the story more illustrative for audiences, too much korean name and a twist that have nothing to do with an event at opening sequence, and i also believe the story itself is totally different from the opening start...! See more 03/11/2009 Rather good Korean cop drama. It kind of sounds like a comedy at first, but plays out like a drama. A man suspected of murdering a policeman escapes prison and takes a cop hostage. Just his luck then that he picks the one cop who wants to die. UH-OH. Buddy mayhem? Not exactly. The film stays rooted to the ground and uses the absurdity as dark comedic tones amongst interesting characters. The action is fantastic, with the usual car chase ending in a spectacular car crash. There's even an apartment brawl involving crowbar vs. kitana. Want to find out who wins??? Thought you might. The plot stays simple and the characters get complex. Just what a cop drama needs. It looks excellent and is very enjoyable. Park gives the kind of performance you would expect...excellent. Something about him is both comical and serious. Making him a great leading man. It also avoided any melodrama, even with a dying child subplot. Now that IS impressive. See more 04/22/2008 great korean action movie! it has the feeling of asian police story with a good bit-twisted ending, questioning the value of morality on the most below side of humanity. love it!
