Eddie Renomeron, a street vendor; his wife, Pen, a part-time cleaning woman; and their children live in a makeshift dwelling extremely close to a bed of railroad tracks in the Philippines. But, when a more wealthy neighbor wants the Renomeron family's land in order to expand his own home, they are told they have to move.
