Lingering doesn't break the ghost story mold but it does have some appropriately freaky frights. Although you never learn enough about these people to truly fear them or feel for them, it still manages to craft a ghostly tale about our refusal to let go.

i'll be honest: it lost my attention at some point & then i started doing a project & completely stopped watching it - so i actually have no idea what happened by the end of it. i realize this review is neither valid nor helpful & while i did enjoy the first half, i have no intentions of trying to watch it again so I'll just give it 3 stars down the middle.
