05/02/2015 One of a marvellous crop of Italian films issuing over the last year or so, in which the Italian instinct, nous and knowledge of the human being are woven beautifully into stories of poignancy, realism and humour. Even when life is terrible. And amidst the dreadful harshness of modern, big cities, individual people lead heroic lives. This film is about leaving your assumptions behind and being open. Reminiscent of Being There, it is also like an achingly beautiful renaissance canvas of both suffering and enlightenment. See more 09/16/2013 antonio sbarca il lunario facendo il rimpiazzo, ovvero ogni giorno uno o più mestieri comprendo chi nn può essere al lavoro pwer i motivi più svariati..quindi muratore, tramviere, bibliotecario, ecc..dove lo chiamano va..nonostante questo nn perde mai la speranza in una vita migliore e nn si chiude mai nel pessimismo.. un antonio albanese in stato di grazia, parecchi punti riacquistati ai miei occhi, dopo che in qualunquemente mi aveva fortemente deluso..un film che ci fa vedere quanto sia difficile vivere il presente..gioiellino.. ^^ See more Read all reviews
