Audience Member A truly underappreciated slasher film, Little Erin Merryweather does not really feature any surprises, but it still manages to create creepy and original death scenes that harken back to the Golden Age of slasher films. A must-see for fans of slasher films.... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Not a bad fairy tale horror film...LITTLE RED RIDING-HOOD ONLY KILLS MALES WITH DIRTY HANDS... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member The horrible special effects did not subtract from the idea of this movie. It was an interesting story but completely lacked a single surprise. This was easy to watch and just corny enough to be entertaining. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Little Erin Merryweather is completely pedestrian for the first hour, and it only really comes to life at the death. It's not without a certain creepiness in the final 20 minutes, and that's down to Vigdis Anholt sporting some terrifying make-up and a very blank expression. She does a great job portraying her own version of Jekyl and Hyde type character. It's a shame the film is so predictable. You don't really have to think much for the first hour, so you find yourself getting bored fast. But it picks up into a decent horror. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Not a bad chiller thriller Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member cheaply made and unsatisfying until the final third where make up and vigdis anholt add some spice to a re-vamp of the little red riding hood story. maybe i'm just getting flashbacks of fatal attraction but she looks alot like glenn close!
