What's more important, the art or the story? Watch this film for the entertainment in the stories, not for the art. I enjoyed much of the time spent here. Much of the time. At least a couple neat actors are hidden within including Jon Polito (Miller's Crossing) and David Huddleston (Breakheart Pass). Locker 13 reminds me of the old Twilight Zone or Outer Limits.
