Audience Member Hilarious mockumentary about rich people so full of themselves thinking that they can help the homeless by inspiring them with what they think are uplifting messages on lollipops. So straight-faced. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Is this supposed to be entertaining? Enlightening? Funny? Or none of the above? Yes, we know the self-righteous, do-gooder Hollywood types are full of themselves, so that can't be the point of this movie. And yes, we know they're ridiculous and self-possessed. And if this were a comedy, it might actually be funny. Hey, I love Jenna Fisher, especially a young Jenna Fisher, and I could stare at her all day, but this just didnt work. It actually picked up after awhile but never really took off. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Some parts of this were pretty golden...a lot of it wasn't, but it was ok. I think James Gunn is a douche so I was surprised that I thought he was funny in this. Jenna Fischer and James Gunn have since divorced so the tension between them wasn't perhaps all fiction. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Production's not great, and some of the dialogue is overdone, but I just love Jenna Fischer and am so proud of her for making this movie! Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member "Dark Humor makes this b-movie tolerable at best." It's doubtful that giving lollipops to homeless people will change the world or encourage someone to go out and get a job. It ludacris mockumentary has me annoyed and baffled. Lollilove's attempt to persuade me to love red dye candy and a bad plot is unsuccessful. Its a miss.
