Leslie Felperin Guardian [A] dully sentimental, unfunny romantic comedy. Rated: 2/5 Dec 3, 2020 Full Review Bobby LePire Film Threat The cast, especially the two leads, breathe life into their roles, and the ending is beautiful. Hendrick and Sheppard have crafted an almost perfect Christmas romance that will melt even the Grinchiest of hearts. Rated: 9/10 Nov 30, 2021 Full Review Rich Cline Shadows on the Wall With a relaxed, meandering pace, this low-budget Scottish comedy feels corny but remains likeable through a variety of situations that alternate between amusing and heartwarming. Rated: 3/5 Dec 11, 2020 Full Review Lisa Giles-Keddie HeyUGuys Beautifully shot with likeable leads, the film is let down by uneven editing, loose direction and a script which doesn't make the most of the charming premise. Rated: 2/5 Dec 11, 2020 Full Review Kat Halstead Common Sense Media Lackluster Christmas romcom has drinking, moderate language. Rated: 2/5 Dec 4, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews

oneak Absolutely dreadful film, everything about it is awful 😩 but it's so bad it's kind of good! Great to watch and not have to think, a real cheesy Christmas film 🎥 😀 Rated 3 out of 5 stars 12/19/23 Full Review Millie W If your not depressed at Christmas you will be if you watch this movie ,The make up artist must have gone to the school run by school of aunt Sally I thought it would be better than the Hallmark Christmas offerings ..noooo LOL Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/03/23 Full Review Lindsay G Terrible unfunny nonsense where two deeply unlikable people end up stealing a car together in the most boring way ever and hike across the highlands winter wearing town shoes with no map and yet find a small village they were unclear of the direction for to spend Christmas Day in a hotel which has at the same time no food and also the ingredients for a huge Christmas dinner which is quickly and efficiently prepared from scratch in half an hour by a grieving woman who hates Christmas to appease a complete stranger whom she dislikes. And don't get me started on the live music. A three piece band on screen are backed by audio featuring many instruments which they haven't even got. Including a tambourine and a harmonica. Awful, awful drivel. The only believable acting in the whole thing is watching Claire Grogan look miserable as someone else is given a singing part. Someone who clearly can't sing and has been heavily overdubbed. Dreadful. My 14 year old son thought it was bad enough to be funny. I just loathed it. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 09/25/23 Full Review Sonia V What an absolutely disappointing pathetic ending, as if, who wrote it wants sacking. They'd go thru all that and have feelings like that then say thanks and bye. Fuming. Ruined my nite and felt so low after the depressing rubbish. Weird film. Stupid ending Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/29/23 Full Review S V What a disappointing end after a buildup in a pointless weird film I wasted my time on thats made me feel depressed. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/28/23 Full Review Audience Member A lovely festive film with beautiful scenery! Loved it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Read all reviews
